Little Rockers
Designed for ages 10 and below
At V-ATE, we believe birthdays should be turbocharged with excitement. That's why we've designed our "Little Rockers" party package for kids aged 10 and under, ready to take their celebration to the next level.
Party Highlights:
Bowling Bonanza: Kick off the party with a thrilling game of bowling! Let the good times roll as our little rockers aim for the pins and experience the joy of strikes and spares.
Checkered Flag Extravaganza: After the final frame, it's time for a pit stop! Kids will head over to our dynamic car-themed tables, where they'll receive a checkered flag, party hat, and balloon – all the must-haves for a race-ready celebration!
Delicious Fuel: No party is complete without scrumptious food! Our little rockers will feast on a kid-friendly meal served in car-themed food trays. We've got options that little ones love, ensuring every plate is left squeaky clean.
Sweet Victory: Finish off the celebration with a cool and refreshing scoop of ice cream or sorbet. It's the perfect sweet treat to wrap up a day of play and fun.

Teenage Kicks

Whether you're celebrating a milestone, unleashing your inner rebel, or just looking for an excuse to party, our "Rockstar Rendezvous" is designed to make your celebration epic.

Culinary Crescendo: Choose from our three-tiered menu structure, starting from £14.95 per head to £19.95 per head, featuring V-ATE's signature dishes. We've curated a menu that caters to all tastes, making party planning a breeze.

The Fine Details
To ensure your gathering is as memorable as it should be, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our booking policies. Pre-Order Policy
To enhance your dining experience, we kindly request that parties of 10 or more and all party packages pre-order their food 24 hours before their reservation. This ensures a smooth dining experience for your group, allowing us to manage stock levels and deliver your meals together. Your pre-ordered food will be brought to your table 30 minutes after your booked time, (15 minutes after being seated at your table for kids party packages) giving you a chance to settle in, enjoy a drink, and get comfortable before your meal. If you have specific time preferences, please communicate them during the pre-order process. For any questions or pre-order assistance, contact us at 01205 726049 or katie@v-ate.com. A pre-order link will be sent to your email upon confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask for cancellations more than 12 hours before your scheduled arrival to receive a full refund of your deposit, bowling payments, or to avoid charges associated with the card details provided during the booking.
Deposit
For party packages and set menu bookings, a 25% deposit of the total party cost is mandatory. This deposit helps us allocate additional space and prepare food for pre-orders. The deposit is deducted from your total bill on the day. It is refundable if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking, and a payment link will be sent to your email. Your booking is confirmed upon payment, unless an alternative arrangement is agreed upon. V-ATE reserves the right to cancel bookings if deposits are not paid within 56 hours.
Additional Guest Information
Please note that we do not guarantee space for additional guests beyond the specified party size. For our Little Rockers and Teenage Kicks packages, a table for two will be reserved next to the party package for parents. Any other additional guests must book a separate table. Customers booking a table are expected to order food and drinks. If guests wish to stay for drinks only, we will offer space if available, but priority will be given to customers choosing to dine with us. As an independent restaurant, we appreciate your understanding that we cannot afford to let tables be used without a spending commitment. There are alternative establishments on-site that parents/carers can visit while waiting.
