SMOKED BBQ BRISKET

Smoked in House Slow and Low by our Chefs, when it’s gone it’s gone!!  Juicy, Whiskey Oak Smoked Beef Brisket in a Smokey BBQ Sauce served in a Soft Pretzel Roll.

SMOKED BRISKET TEXAS DIP

10 hours of Slow Cooking in our V-ATE Smoker makes this a truly authentic Texas Style BBQ Treat!  A French Style Baguette topped with Smoked Beef Brisket Slices, Rocket and Parmesan but it doesn’t end there!  We serve this meat lovers dream with a Beef Stock Gravy for you to dip or tip! Get it before it’s gone!

SMOKED BRISKET CHEESE STEAK

We went to Philly and we tried their famous cheesesteaks and then we looked at our V-ATE Smoked Brisket and we said “you can do this” and it said “bring it” and so we did!   We dressed our Smoked Brisket up in a mix of Fried Peppers, Mushrooms and Onions and topped it with a blanket of Melted Applewood Cheese, laid it on a Sub Roll and the Smoked Brisket Cheese Steak was born!PS No sorry, we can’t pick out the mushrooms for you! 

DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER (GF*)

If you love Beef, you love cheese and you like to keep it simple you are going to love our Double Cheese Burger.   We take two 1/4Lb Beef Patties and we smother them in melted Smoked Applewood Cheese, we add just a dash of Tomato Burger Relish and we send it out to you so that it can love you right back!  

TEXAS BBQ BURGER

If it has meat, it has bacon and it has BBQ sauce then you know it hails from Texas!! A pretzel roll stuffed with two 1/4Lb Beef Patties, smoked bacon, onion rings and BBQ Sauce! Saddle up cowboys and cowgirls…. it’s time to get your eat on Texas style!

MEATBALL TORPEDO

Little Balls of Beefy Porky Loveliness served on a Soft Torpedo Roll!  We lovingly top our Meatballs with a Rich Italian Style Sauce and Parmesan Cheese.

SMOKED PULLED PORK

Our V-ATE smoker is the hardest working member of the team!! We run her 24 hours a day and at some point she finds time to smoke our delicious Pulled Pork!  Once pulled we smother the pork in Smokey BBQ Sauce and serve it up on a Pretzel Bun topped with Crunchy Slaw! 

LINCOLNSHIRE SAUSAGE BURGER

When is a Lincolnshire Sausage not a Sausage?  When it’s a burger!!  We are in the heart of Lincolnshire and we are fiercely proud of our sausages, the rest of the world do not know what they are missing! We have taken, not one but two 1/4Lb Lincolnshire Sausage Patties , smothered them in Smoked Applewood Cheese and topped them with our Bacon and Onion Relish before placing them into a Soft Pretzel Roll.

SOUTHERN FRIED CHICKEN SANDWICH

Our Southern Fried Coating is made in house and smothered only on the best! In this case it’s a butterflied chicken breast dipped in buttermilk and our secret recipe coating, deep fried southern style and then topped with shredded iceberg lettuce and mayo in a Pretzel Roll. The spice has a KICK! Make it a Southern Fried Chicken Club by adding Bacon and Tomato £1.25

DALLAS CHICKEN BURGER

We take one Prime Chicken Breast, coat it in Buttermilk and add our own recipe Southern Fried Coating before it hits the deep fryer.  Taking all things southern inspired, we top it with Smoked Applewood Cheese, Smokey BBQ Sauce and Bacon and we serve it up in a Pretzel Roll!  

THE ITALIAN JOB

V-ATE Chefs you're only supposed to blow the bloody doors off! Instead they made a delcious Italian inspired burger... Two 1/4Lb Beef Patties each topped with Sliceds of Pepperoni, Onions and Peppers and melted Mozzarella Cheese.  Served in a Pretzel Bun with our homemade Marinara Sauce.

CHICKEN PARMESAN

An American Favourite with our own Southern Fried Tweek!  It takes it’s origins from our Southern Fried Chicken Sandwich with it’s V-ATE Secret Recipe Coating and a little dip in the fryer for a Southern Spice Hit but then it heads over to New York’s Little Italy for a smothering in thick Italian style tomato sauce and a topping of Parmesan.

SOUTHERN FRIED FISH SANDWICH

We’re at it again with our secret recipe coating… this time the Cod gets it!!  A Cod Fillet dipped in Buttermilk and our Spicy Southern Fried Coating before heading to the fryer for a Southern Style Swim!   Served in a Pretzel Roll with shredded Iceberg Lettuce and Tartar Sauce.  This is our Southern Style take on a Fish Finger Sandwich!

HALLOUMI CHEESE STEAK (GF*) (V)

Why should the meat eaters have all the fun?  This Halloumi Cheese Steak takes all of the pleasure of eating a Philly Cheese Steak and offers it up in vegetarian heaven! Grilled Halloumi is served on a bed of Fried Peppers, Mushrooms and Onions and topped with a blanket of Melted Applewood Cheese before being laid on a Sub Roll PS No sorry, we can’t pick out the mushrooms for you! 

QUORN MEATBALL SUB (V)

Vegetarians don’t miss out here at V-ATE!  Roll up roll up for our Quorn Meatball Torpedo!  We have taken Quorn Meatballs to the next level and smothered them with a Rich Italian Style Sauce, Parmesan Cheese and Peppery Rocket.
